摘要
矿用减速器JS-40漏油的防治要从"疏"和"堵"这两方面做起。"疏"是使用新型透气帽,达到均匀减速器箱体内外压力的目的;"堵"是对轴端漏油用骨架油封封堵,对其他漏油位置涂抹新型高分子复合密封材料,这样基本做到减速器在正常工作状态不漏油。
Two methods can be used in mine reducer JS-40 oil leakage prevention; ＂dredge＂ is to use new ventilation cap to keep pressure equilibrium inside and outside the mine reducer; ＂block＂ is the method to use framework oil in the shaft end,new polymeric material can be used in other oil leakage site, oil leakage can be avoided in normal working condition.
