心肺转流停机困难的常见原因及处理思路 被引量：1

摘要 心脏手术常需要借助心肺转流（cardiopulmonaryby—pass，CPB），然而一部分患者可能会出现停机困难。排除外科冈素外，停机困难可归纳为三大因素：循环系统、呼吸系统和内环境。而循环系统的因素是停机困难的最主要原因。
