摘要脑膜穿破后头痛(meningeal puncture headache,MPH)是脑膜穿破后的常见并发症。本文介绍了MPH的机制、危险因素、诊断和治疗,特别讨论了硬膜外自体血补丁(autologous epidural blood patch,AEBP)的机制、操作过程、并发症、禁忌证和AEBP的预防作用。最后,用3个病例说明AEBP能明显缓解脑膜穿破后或自发性颅内低压性头痛的症状。 Objective Meningeal puncture headache （MPH） is a common complication of dural puncture. This article reviewed and highlighted the practical issues involved in the mechanism, risk factors,diagnosis and management of MPH, especially the epidural blood patch treatment （EBP）. And we discussed the mechanism, operation process, complications, contraindication and prophylactic therapy of autologous epidural blood patch （AEBP）. Last, two cases complained of MPH and one case suffered from spontaneous intracranial low pressure headache （SIH） demonstrated that the AEBP could significantly relieve MPH or SIH.
