摘要 为给震损水库制定科学合理的除险加固方案,以树家湾水库为例,分析了该震损水库在"5·12"地震震前和震后的病害情况,确定了4种水库除险加固方案,运用熵权法及改进的TOPSIS(TOPSIS法与灰色关联理论结合)分别求出指标权重并对其综合,得出该震损水库各指标的综合权重,进而利用改进的TOPSIS求出各方案的相对贴近度,确定了最佳的水库除险加固方案。 In order to formulate scientific and rational reinforcement planning for Shujiawan reservoir of earthquake damaged, this paper analyzes the diseases of reservoir before and after "5.12" earthquake. And then four kinds of reser- voir danger control and reinforcement planning are obtained. Entropy weight method and improved TOPSIS method are used to calculate indexes weights respectively. And then these weights are integrated to determine the earthquake dam- aged reservoir indicators. Finally, improved TOPSIS method is adopted to calculate the relative closeness degree of each planning and ultimately the optimal reservoir reinforcement planning is obtained.
