摘要 河道边坡是城市河道整治的重点内容之一,科学合理的护坡形式有助于提高河道整治效果。针对河道护坡方案的优选问题,选用G1法计算评价指标主观权重、逼近理想点法计算指标客观权重、基于离差平方和的综合集成赋权法计算指标综合权重,并利用该综合权重进行方案评估优选。对承德市滦河河道护坡方案优选结果表明,利用基于离差平方和的综合集成赋权法优选的河道护坡方案与利用模糊物元法优选的结论相一致,具有可行性、合理性。 As one of the important contents of urban river regulation, scientific and reasonable urban river slope pro- tection form is helpful to improve the river regulation effect. Aiming at how to optimize urban river slope protection schemes, the TOPSIS is applied to calculate the objective weight, and the G1 method is utilized to calculate the subject weight. Through the combining weight method based on sum of deviation square, the comprehensive weight of index is derived, by which comprehensive evaluation is performed and the optimization of urban river slope protection schemes is determined. Taking Luanhe river channel revetment scheme optimization in Chengde City for an example, through the comparative analysis of fuzzy matter element method, it is reliable that the integrated weight method based on sum of de- viation square optimizes urhan river slope protection schemes.
