摘要
为定量化地评估入河排污口所排污水对受纳水域水环境的影响,以亚太纸业有限公司污水处理厂入河排污口为例,采用MIKE21污染物对流扩散模块计算了正常、非正常排放污水两种工况下的水环境影响范围和程度。结果表明,正常排污工况下排放的COD和NH3-N对受纳水域的水环境影响较小,非正常排污工况下排放的COD和NH3-N对受纳水域的水质和水功能区会产生不利影响,劣于Ⅲ类的污染带范围长250m、宽50m。可见MIKE21污染物对流扩散模块能准确地反映污染物在水中的运动规律,可用于入河排污口设置论证工作中。
In order to assess the impact on the water quality of sewage outlet quantitatively, taking the waste drainage outlet of sewage treatment plant for Asia-Pacific Paper Company Limited as an example, using the MIKE21 pollutants convection and diffusion module as a tool, the water environmental impact has been simulated under the circumstances of normal and abnormal waste drainage. The results show that in the normal waste drainage condition, the impact of COD and NI-I3-N emissions on the water environment is little; but in the abnormal waste drainage condition, the impact of COD and NH3-N emissions on water quality and water function zone should not be ignored; the scope of inferior Ⅲ level pollution survey is 250 mX 50 m. Therefore, MIKE21 pollutants convention and diffusion module can accurately reflect the movement law of pollutant in the flow, which can he used for waste drainage outlet arrangement.
