伞裙边沿厚度对复合绝缘子场强分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为解决因复合绝缘子耐老化性能较差导致的场强分布不均匀问题,基于伞裙边沿厚度与复合绝缘子场强分布之间的紧密联系,通过ANSYS仿真软件进行复合绝缘子三维建模,分析了不同伞裙边沿厚度下复合绝缘子沿面场强和电位分布。结果表明,随伞裙边沿厚度的增加,金具处最大场强值增大,高、低压端前3片伞裙边沿场强值减小,中部绝缘子场强值相对增大;伞裙边沿厚度的增减对整个绝缘子电位分布无影响;伞裙边沿厚度为4mm时伞裙场强分布较其他厚度时相对均匀,并有效降低了高、低压端伞裙场强,且具有一定的抗电蚀烧伤能力。 To solve the uneven distribution of field strength problem caused by the composite insulator's poor resist- ance of aging, based on the close relationship between the shed edge thickness and field intensity distribution of the com- posite insulator, a three-dimensional model of the composite insulator is built by using ANSYS simulation software. And then composite insulators along the surface field intensity and potential distribution are analyzed under the different thick- ness of shed edge. The results show that with increasing the shed edge thickness, the maximum field strength in fitting increases, and three pieces of shed edge field strength values before the high and low voltage side decrease as well as the central insulator field intensity distribution relatively increases; shed edge thickness' increase or decrease has no impact on the whole composite insulator potential distribution; when shed edge thickness is 4 mm, the field intensity distribution of shed is uniform than that of other thickness, and it effectively reduces the field strength of the high and low voltage side's shed, which has a certain ability of resistance electrical erosion.
