摘要
金融企业的声誉风险是在社会公众的思维空间中形成的,是对金融企业总体负面评价、判断与感知信息积累的风险。声誉风险爆发后传导的过程,就是混乱的、价值异化的危机信息在金融体系内部和社会公众两个路径中流动的过程。在这个传导过程中,会在金融体系内产生传染效应和竞争效应;在社会公众间产生羊群效应和晕轮效应。基于我国金融行业的情况,通过事件研究和行为分析,得出我国现阶段金融体系间的传染效应和社会公众间的羊群效应占主导的结论。
This article think the reputation risk of financial enterprises is the negative evaluation, judgment and perception information formed in social public' s minds accumulated in financial enterprises. The essence of reputa- tion risk conduction is the flowing of disordered and value - deviated information in financial system and social pub- lic. This process will bring about Contagion effect and Competitive effect in financial system and Herd effect and Halo effect in the social public. Based on the fact of Chinese financial system, using event study and behavior anal- ysis, concluded that the Contagion effect and Herd effect are the main effect in China.
