摘要
创新型产业集群和创业型经济对区域转型发展、区域创新体系构建和区域经济增长的作用都被大量的研究所证实;创业型人才的大量涌现是创业型经济构建的关键要素。通过对产业集群和创业型人才培育的互动演化分析,论证了区域经济转型及区域创新体系构建中,政府可以通过制度的完善,促进产业集群的形成和创业人才的培育,并使得二者形成良性互动关系,为区域经济发展提供持续动力。
Innovative industry cluster and entrepreneurial economy on the construction of regional innovation system and regional economic growth have been prove by massive research institute; A large number of talents with innovation and entrepreneurship is a key element of the entrepreneurial economy built. This paper analyses the in- teraction between industrial clusters and innovative entrepreneurial talent; It proved in the innovation system con- struction ,the government may through the improvement of the system to promote the combination of production, teaching and research , the cultivation of enterprising talents and the formation of industrial clusters, and forming a virtuous interaction between the two, to providing a driving force for regional economic development.
