摘要
2013年国际供电会议(CIRED 2013)运行、控制与保护分组安排的活动有:230篇论文的宣读和张贴交流;1个圆桌讨论会"有源配电网保护新方案";2个技术讲座"继电保护基础知识与保护继电器在当今配电网中的应用"和"配电管理系统在现代配电网中的应用"。关注的热点问题有:配电自动化、故障检测与自愈控制、配电运行管理、配电网通信技术、有源配电网控制与保护等;为满足大量的分布式电源接入与集成的需要,配电网将越来越多地采用主动的控制、调度与管理措施,向更加智能化的方向发展。
The activities organized by the Operation,Control and Protection Session （Session 3） of CIRED 2013 are：oral and poster presentation of 230 papers,a round table discussion on new protection schemes for grids with decentralized generation,and two technical tutorials on protection of distribution networks and role of the distribution management system in modern distribution systems.The focuses of concern include distribution automation,fault location,DA/DMS,control and protection of distribution systems with distributed generations,and on line condition monitoring.In order to meet the requirement of integration of large amount of distributed electric sources,the distribution network is bound to take more and more measures to perform active control,dispatch,and management toward more intelligent operation.
