摘要
镀铬层应用广泛,常用的Sargent镀液含毒性六价铬离子,三价铬替代六价铬电镀是近年来研究的热点之一。从离子液、添加剂(配位剂、共镀金属及金属氧化物)及引入碳纳米管等方面简述了三价铬电镀近期的研究进展,并分析了存在的问题及未来发展方向。
A review is provided of the research progress of trivalent chromium electroplating in relation to the use of ionic liquid and complexing agent as well as the co-deposition of metal,metal oxide,and carbon nanotubes. It is pointed out that electroplated Cr coatings are widely used in many fields. However,traditionally used Sergeant electrolyte contains toxic hexavalent chromium, thus trivalent chromium electroplating as a replacement of hexavalent chromium electroplating is becoming one of current hot topics. Besides, current challenges concerning trivalent Cr electroplating and the development trend of the technique are discussed as well.
