摘要
目的 探讨显微镜下神经导航系统在颅底肿瘤手术中的应用.方法 回顾性分析郑州大学附属肿瘤医院神经外科于2010年9月至2011年11月应用显微镜下持续导航引导进行前、中颅底切除术的33例患者的临床资料.结果 用显微镜下神经导航系统进行颅底肿瘤及其周围解剖结构定位准确,平均注册误差(1.47±0.46)mm.术后近期复查,CT或MRI证实肿瘤全切27例(81.8%),次全切除4例(12.1%),大部切除2例(6.1%).结论 显微镜下持续导航切除颅底肿瘤能实时反馈肿瘤的切除深度,增加手术的安全性,加快手术进程,避免脑重要结构的副损伤.
Objective To investigate the application of neuronavigation under microscope in surgery of skull base neoplasm. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with skull base neoplasm undergoing intraoperative microscope positioning device neuronavigation from September 2009 to No- vember 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The tumors and the surrounding structures were located accurately with mean registration error( 1.47:1: 0.46)mm. Among the 33 cases, total resection of tumor was achieved in 27 cases ( 81.8 % ), subtotal resection in 4 cases ( 12.1% ) and partial resection in 2 cases (6. 1% ). Conclusions The application of microscope vice neuronavigation in skull base approach can offer the feedback of the location an positioning de- d depth of ma- nipulation, so as to enhance the security, decrease the surgical time and reduce the harm of brain tissue.
