良性气道狭窄的自膨式金属支架置入疗效探讨

Effect of self-expanding metallic stent on benign tracheal stenosis

目的 对不适合外科手术的良性气管狭窄患者行金属支架置入的疗效进行跟踪评估.方法 选择不适合外科手术治疗的气管良性狭窄患者13例,在透视下共置入15枚自膨式金属支架.结果 所有支架均成功置入,阻塞气道的形态和功能立即改善.平均随访时间67.5（35～ 102）周,期间没有严重并发症发生.结论 对于不适于行外科手术的气管良性狭窄患者应考虑行自膨式镍钛合金支架置入治疗.

Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy of self-expanding metallic stent inser- tion on benign tracheal stenosis patients not appropriate or unfit for surgical repair. Methods Fifteen self-expanding metallic stents were inserted into 13 cases under fluoroscopic guidance. Results Stent was successfully inserted in all cases and led to immediate relief of the morphological and functional air- way obstruction. Follow-up was 35 to 102 weeks （average 67.5 weeks） after stent implantation, and no serious complication appeared. Conclusions Self-expanding nitinol stents should be considered for the treatment of benign tracheal obstruction in selected patients for whom surgical repair is contraindi- cated.
