增强后FLAIR与增强后T1WI显示脑转移瘤的差异性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析增强后液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)序列与增强后T1WI显示脑转移瘤的差异性.方法 回顾性分析50例脑转移瘤的MRI征像.结果 本研究36例脑实质转移瘤患者中增强T1显示病灶多于增强FLAIR序列,14例脑膜转移瘤者中增强FLAIR序列优于增强后T1序列.结论 在发现脑实质转移及脑膜转移中,增强FLAIR序列是FLAIR与增强后T1WI的有效结合意义重大. Objective To analyze the differeces between FLAIR and T1WI after enhancement in displaying metastatic encephaloma. Methods The MRI images of 50 patients with metastatic encephalo- ma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The enhanced T1 WI had an advantage of discovering meta- static encephaloma than the enhanced FLAIR in 36 cases of metastatic encephaloma. The enhanced FLAIR had an advantage of discovering meningeal metastasis than the enhanced T1WI in 14 patients with meningeal metastasis. Conclusions It is significant to combine the FLAIR with T1 WI after enhancement to discover metastatic eneephaloma and meni^eal rn^tn,~tn.~i~
