摘要
常规取心过程中,钻井液会污染岩心,导致地层孔隙度、油水饱和度等数据失真。为此,研制了SL Rmb-8100型取心工具。该工具吸收了国内外松软地层密闭取心工具的优点,采用三筒三动整体密闭方式,将保形取心技术与密闭取心技术有机地结合在一起,并采用球悬挂、机械加压的割心方式,结构简单、可靠,大大提高了割心成功率,有效提高了松软地层的岩心收获率和密闭率。用SL Rmb-8100型取心工具在面1-9-63井取心9筒,总进尺53.58 m,心长51.56 m,收获率96.23%,密闭率87.10%,平均机械钻速达到12.16 m/h,各项指标均超过设计要求。
In the process of conventional coring, drilling fluid will pollute core, resulting in the data distortion of formation porosity and oil-water saturation. Therefore, Model SL Rmb - 8100 coring tool was developed. The tool draws on the strengths of domestic and foreign closed coring tools for unconsolidated formation, adopting the overall closed mode of three cylinders and three dynamic seals. It combines conformal eoring technology and closed coring technology very well, adopting the mode of core breaking by ball hanging and mechanical loading. The structure is simple and reliable, thus remarkably improving the coring success rate and effectively improving the coring recovery rate and closure rate of loose formation. The tool was used to obtain 9 barrels of core in Well 1 - 9 - 63 of Mian. The total footage was 53.58 m; the core length was 51.56 m; the recovery rate was 96.23% ; the closure rate was 87. 10% ; the average rate of penetration reached 12. 16 design requirement. m/h.
