摘要
为了解决海上注水井后期修井作业中管柱遇卡问题,开发了液压提升式防卡分层注水工艺。该工艺技术通过井下管柱提升装置和分层注水管柱相结合,实现注水井的分层配注和在不动井口的情况下活动管柱。现场应用结果表明,与常规注水井洗井工艺相比,该技术可以在一定程度上降低后期修井作业中管柱遇卡的概率,同时简化注水井洗井作业流程,节约了作业时间,降低了生产成本,满足了现场的急需,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
To solve the problem of string sticking in the later-stage workover operation in offshore water injection well, hydraulic lifting anti-stieking layered water injection technology was developed. Through the combination of string lifting device and separate layer injection string, the technology achieves layered injection allocation and mov- ing the string without moving the wellhead. The field application shows that compared with the well flushing technol- ogy of conventional water injector, the technology can, to some extent, reduce the probability of string sticking in the later-stage workover operation. Meanwhile, it simplifies the water flushing process of water injector, saving the operating time, reducing the production cost and meeting the urgent in-site needs.
