摘要
常规封隔器使用过程中存在中途坐封、错封,封隔器胶筒受力不均产生应力集中等问题。为此,分析了遇烃膨胀封隔器的技术现状,介绍了遇烃膨胀封隔器的结构设计参数、膨胀机理、膨胀特性等技术情况,以及其在国外(阿曼、马来西亚)及国内(川东北)气田中的现场成功应用案例,分析了国内外在该方面研究的不足之处。在此基础上得出了遇烃膨胀封隔器今后的发展方向,包括加强遇烃膨胀橡胶材料的研究,在不同含烃种类、油品水分及其他组分的膨胀性能试验研究以及力学分析和数值分析研究等。
Midway setting, wrong setting and stress concentration caused by uneven force of packer rubber exist in the process of using conventional packer. Therefore, the current technological situation of hydrocarbon swelling packer was studied. The technological aspects of the packer, such as the structural design parameters, swelling mechanism and swelling property, were introduced. The successful in-site application cases of the packer in foreign (such as Oman and Malaysia) and domestic (such as northeast of Sichuan Province) gasfields were also intro- duced. The weaknesses in domestic research were analyzed. On the basis of this, the future development direction of the packer was obtained. It should focus on research on hydrocarbon swelling rubber material, research on the ex- perimental study of swelling property with regard to different hydrocarbon types, water content of oil and other com- ponent parts, and researches such as mechanical and numerical analyses.
