摘要
减少原料烟梗中木质素含量对提高造纸法再造烟叶感官评吸性能,改善浆料打浆和抄造性能具有良好的作用。采用弱碱碳酸钾(K2CO3)脱除原料烟梗中的木质素,考察脱木质素后对再造烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,在不同的处理温度下,K2CO3能脱除烟梗中16%~20%的木质素,其中在90℃处理后,烟草浆中烟梗纤维束疏解分散得到了较大的改善,粗纤维比例明显降低,叩解度由14.0提高至23.0,提高近65%,且产品得率提高。再造烟叶产品感官评吸结果表明,烟梗经K2CO3处理后,其内在评吸质量有一定的改善,其中以7%K2CO3用量为最佳。
In order to reduce the negative effect of lignin and improve smoking quality and pulp properties of reconstituted tobacco, the influencing factors of temperature and the content of K2CO3 were studied. The result shows that lignin was removed about 16%-20% at different conditions, and beating degree of the tobacco pulping promoted from 14.0 to 23.0, increasing about 65%. The smoking quality of reconstitute tobacco sheet also improved, the best of which is that adding 7% K2CO3.
