摘要
研究采用体外方法比较了水蒸气蒸馏法(WE)、乙醇提取法(EE)及同时蒸馏法(sDE)和亚临界水(SWE)4种提取方法所得茶树花精油的抗氧化活性。测定4种精油对DPPH自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力,及对脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用。结果表明4种提取方法所得茶树花精油均可清除DPPH自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基,并可抑制卵黄不饱和脂肪酸过氧化,且在质量浓度为10-50mg/mL范围内呈现正相关的线性关系。除清除超氧阴离子自由基能力外,SWE精油均表现出最强的抗氧化活性。在卷烟中的初步应用研究结果显示:SWE(亚临界水提取茶树花精油)增加卷烟香气量和香气质明显,各香韵问的协调性较好,余味舒适,综合效果相对较好。
The antioxidant effects of the essential oils from water vapor exctraction (WE), ethanol extraction (EE), simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE) and subcritical water extraction (SWE) were assessed and compared by measuring their DPPH, hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radical scavenging capacities and their inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation in a triobarbituric acid (TBA) reaction system. The results showed that the four essential oils were all able to scavenge DPPH, hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radicals and inhibit the peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acids in egg yolk in a positive concentration-dependent fashion. SWE essential oil had the most excellent antioxidant activity, except for superoxide anion flee radical scavenging capacities. The findings in cigarette show that it's the best effect when the amount is SWE.
