可食膜流延机烘道内三维流场及温度场的数值模拟

Numerical Study of Three-dimensional Flow and Temperature Fields in Drying Tunnel of Edible Film Casting Machine

摘要 可食膜是由可食性材料制成的薄膜,是一种新型包装材料,流延机是制备可食膜的设备。针对可食膜流延机干燥效率问题,运用ANSYS软件对流延机烘道内流场及温度场进行数值模拟。通过耦合传热分析,研究了在出风口的3种抽风速度下的流场、压力场以及温度场的分布情况。分析发现在出风口风压为负80 Pa时综合性能较好。分析结果为流延机工艺参数的选择提供指导,而且为流延机结构的改进提供依据。 Abslmct Edible film is a f-dm made by edibility material, which is a new kind of packing material. Casting machine is an equipment to make edible film. Numerical simulation of flow and temperature fields is performed by ANSYS software aiming at the problem of drying efficiency of casting machine. The flow and pressure and temperature field in 3 different drafted velocity of the outlet are studied with analyzing fluid-solid coupling heat lransfer. The better wind pressure performance is minus 80 Pa. The conclusion plays a guiding role for the choice of technological parameter of casting machine, which provides the basis for the improving structure of casting machine as well.
