邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(塑化剂)ELISA检测方法的研究

Establishment of Detecting the Residues of Dibutyl Phthalate (Plasticizing Agent) by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay

建立了间接竞争酶联免疫法（ELIsA）检测白酒中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP）方法并成功研制了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯残留检测的ELISA试剂盒。该试剂盒的IC50值为86．5μg／L，标准曲线范围为0—1620μg／L，对白酒样本的最低检测限为100μg／L，对白酒样本添加回收率范围为91．9％～95．4％，变异系数为7．2％～9．2％，交叉反应试验中，对邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯交叉反应率为45％。建立了白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的残留的ELISA检测方法，该方法具有灵敏，简便，检测成本低等特点。

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） method for detecting dibutyl phthalate （DBP） residues in white spirit was establishment. The indirect competitive ELISA revealed that the ICs0 was 86.5μg/L, the standard curve range was from 0-1620 μg/L. The detection limit of ELISA kit was 100 μg/L. The range of average recoveries in white spirit ranged from 91.9%-95.4%, and the coefficients of variation ranged from 7.2%-9.2%. The cross reactivity with diisobutyl phthalate was 45%, but had cross reactivity of less than 1% with others. The ELISA was developed for the detection of DBP residue in white spirit. The results showed that the method is sensitive, accurate, convenient, and quick.
