摘要
建立同时测定6种邻苯二甲酸酯的气相色谱质谱联用分析方法。选用正己烷超声提取,平行蒸发浓缩定量。采用气相色谱质谱联用进行检测,整个分离过程在12.5min内完成。6种邻苯二甲酸酯检出限达到0.20mg/kg,添加水平在0.2~1.0mg/kg时,回收率达到80.6%~96.3%,相对标准偏差在2.1%~6.8%之间,该方法简便快捷,准确度高,可满足与食品接触材料ee6种邻苯二甲酸酯的同时检测及确证工作的需要。
A GC-MS method was established to simultaneously determine six phthalic acid esters. Choose ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane, then with parallel evaporation concentration ration. The whole separation process was complete in 12.5 min before gas hromatography mass spectrometry. The detection limit of six kinds of phthalic acid ester was 0.20 mg/kg. The recovery rate of six phthalic acid esters in beverage products at the spiked level of 0.2 - 1.0 mg/kg was in the range of 80.6% ~ 96.3% with relative standard deviation of 2.1% ~ 6.8%. This method is simple operation, high precision, which can meet the requirement for simultaneously determine six phthalic acid esters in food contact materials for inspection and confirmation.
