摘要 针对目前国家标准无法鉴别食用植物油是否掺入动物油脂的问题,尝试用PCR法测定植物油动物源性成分来鉴别是否掺入动物油脂,为食用植物油监管,特别为治理在食用植物油中掺入地沟油的非法行为提供技术支持。 Based on no national standard methods for detection animal-derived ingredients in edible vegetable oil, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was used to determine the animal-derived ingredients in edible vegetable oil by means of universal primers to animal species. The newly developed method provides technical support for identificatin for edible vegetable oil mixed with recycled animal fat.
