Contract for selective dissemination of information service is a type of technical service contract in nature, possesses the characteristics of being unique subjects, public welfare, non-profit, continuous and standardized. It thus abides by the principles of appropriate performance, cooperation, secrecy, and respect for intellectual property rights.
