摘要
通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析探讨了三羧乙基膦(TCEP)/亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)体系溶解羊毛的过程。结果表明,TCEP/NaHSO3体系溶解羊毛是一个溶胀溶解的过程。TCEP能够迅速打开二硫键,使鳞片层受损,利于溶剂进入皮质层;NaHSO3能够协助TCEP进一步打开皮质层含硫蛋白中的二硫键,同时通过自身所带钠离子的强烈水化能力对羊毛产生溶胀作用,随之皮质层溶出物溶出。尿素的加入,仅有利于加快溶解速度,而十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)在羊毛溶解过程中有明显的助溶作用,溶解率有显著的提高。
