摘要 通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析探讨了三羧乙基膦(TCEP)/亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)体系溶解羊毛的过程。结果表明,TCEP/NaHSO3体系溶解羊毛是一个溶胀溶解的过程。TCEP能够迅速打开二硫键,使鳞片层受损,利于溶剂进入皮质层;NaHSO3能够协助TCEP进一步打开皮质层含硫蛋白中的二硫键,同时通过自身所带钠离子的强烈水化能力对羊毛产生溶胀作用,随之皮质层溶出物溶出。尿素的加入,仅有利于加快溶解速度,而十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)在羊毛溶解过程中有明显的助溶作用,溶解率有显著的提高。 The optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to explore the dissolving process of wool in tris (2-carhoxyethyl) phosphine (TCEP)/NaHSO3 system. In the process of dissolution of wool, TCEP acts as the chemical breaker of disulfide bond, the scale is damaged which makes the solvents enter the interior of wool easily. NaHSO3 can assist TCEP to cleavage disulfide bond of the cortex, and at the same time the sodium ion Join of urea can help accelerates the hydration helps to swell the wool. Then the cortical layer is dissolved completely. " dissolution process. Join of sodium dodecyl sulfonatecan (SDS) not only helps the wool dissolution, but also makes the solubility improved significantly.
