城镇化、房地产价格与城乡收入差距——基于我国省区面板数据的经验分析 被引量:41

摘要 新型城镇化是我国目前为解决经济结构严重失衡而选择的重要战略。本文将如何推进新型城镇化作为研究定位,基于城乡收入差距视角,选择2000-2010年省区面板数据,构建全国与区域模型,得到目前城镇化是城乡收入差距扩大的重要因素。就全国而言,房地产价格因素对差距影响总体表现为中性,但其区域影响存在较大差异等分析结论。提出城乡收入差距应作为一个标志性指标与新型城镇化对接的观点与相应政策空间。 The new urbanization, is currently an important strategic choice to address in the economic struc- ture imbalance in China nowadays. This paper will focus on how to promote new urbanization as a research location, basing on urban- rural income gap perspective, and select the 2000- 2010 provincial panel data to build national and regional model, which find that current urbanization is an important factor in the widen- ing income gap of urban and rural. Nationally, it is neutral that real estate price factors affect the overall performance of gaps, but there is a big difference between its regional influences and so on. And it proposes that rural income gap should be treated as an indicator corresponding to the new urbanization and policies space.
