吲哚类硼氟染料的合成及其光谱性能研究

摘要 以1H-2-吲哚甲酸为原料合成1H-2-吲哚甲醛,再与苯偶酰、苯胺合成了新型的硼氟荧光染料,并通过1H NMR,13C NMR对结构进行了鉴定。该化合物的紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱测试表明:该染料有较高的荧光量子产率,相对较大的Stokes位移;且荧光性能呈现明显的溶剂效应。 A novel boron-fluorine derivative was synthesized through one-pot reaction of benzyl, aniline, and 1H-indole-2-carbaldehyde,which was obtained startig from 1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid. The structure of the Boron-Fluorine dye had been proved by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR. Absorption and fluorescent measurements indicated that the dye exhibited high fluorescent quantum yield, comparatively large Stokes shift, and also solvent-dependent fluorescent property.
