S、Eu_2O_3共掺杂天然方钠石光致发光特性

摘要 采用固相法制备了S、Eu2O3共掺杂天然方钠石的橘黄荧光粉末Na8Al6Si6O24Cl2∶S2-,Eux3+(密度x=1%、3%、5%和10%(质量分数))。用XRD对其结构进行了表征。研究了室温和低温下该粉末的激发光谱、发射光谱特性。在265nm激发下的发射光谱包括由Eu3+中4f6(5 D0)→4f6(7FJ)(J=0、1、2、3、4)跃迁产生的、峰值在581~707nm间的光谱带和由Mn2+的4 T1→6 A1跃迁产生的、峰值在496nm的光谱带。改变方钠石掺杂的两种元素的质量分数研究了方钠石的发光特性。实验结果表明,S2-和Eu3+离子之间有能量抵消。 The orange-colored phosphor powder of natural sodalite codoped with S2- and Eua+ , Na8 A16 Si6O24 Cl2: S2-, Eux3+(x=1%, 3%, 5%, 10wt%), were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The sample struc-ture was characterized using XRD. The photoluminescence excitation spectra and the emission spectra at room temperature and low temperature were investigated. The emission spectrum included at 581-625nm originating from the 4f6 (SD0)→4f6 (7Fj) (J =0,1,2,3,4)transition of Eu3+ and green light at 496nm originating from the 4T1→6Altransition of Mn2+ under 294nm UV excitation.
