摘要
利用水热合成法,在不使用任何辅助剂的条件下,制备出形貌均一的CdS微球。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明水热合成避免了S2-离子的氧化,在适当的保温温度和保温时间下得到了具有明显量子尺寸效应的表面光滑的CdS微球。
The uniform CdS microspheres were synthesized by template-free hydrothermal method. The mor- phology and structure of CdS microspheres were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the synthesis by hydrothermal method could avoid the S2 ion oxidation, the CdS microspheres of obvious quantum size effect and smooth surface were synthesized on the appropriate heat preservation temperature and time.
