分析了民机装配生产现场管理中存在的问题 ,提出了工业工程在装配现场管理上的具体应用方法 。
This article analyzes the problems existed in production management of the commercial airplane assembly line and describes the method for how to apply industrial engineering(IE) technique at work_site management. In addition, several visible charts used at assembly site management are introduced.
