摘要
为了探讨水体铜污染对中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus sinensis)幼鱼游泳能力的生态毒理效应,本研究测定了不同浓度急性铜暴露(0、0.05、0.1、0.2、0.3和0.4 mg·L-1)对中华倒刺鲃幼鱼相对临界游泳速度(rUcrit)、相对爆发游泳速度(rUburst)、最大耗氧率(MO2)以及组织(肝、鳃、肌肉)铜含量的影响。结果表明:中华倒刺鲃幼鱼相对临界游泳速度、相对爆发游泳速度、最大代谢率受铜暴露影响显著(P<0.05),铜暴露导致以上各参数值下降,其中,rUcrit在铜浓度0.3 mg·L-1时显著降低,为对照组的85%,而rU burst和M O2在铜浓度0.1mg·L-1时即显著降低,分别为对照组的79%和57%;铜暴露对组织(肝、鳃、肌肉)铜含量无显著影响(P>0.05);提示水体急性铜暴露将对中华倒刺鲃幼鱼的有氧与无氧运动能力以及最大代谢率产生重要影响,其最低可见效应浓度(LOEC)为0.1 mg·L-1。
To understand the underlying eco-toxicological effects of water copper pollution on the swimming performances of juvenile qingbo (Spinibarbus sinensis), this paper measured the rela- tive critical swimming speed (rUcrcst), relative burst swimming speed (rUburst) , and maximum metabolic rate (Mo2) of juvenile S. sinensis as well as the copper content in the tissues (liver, gill, and muscle) of juvenile S. sinensis under different concentrations (0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0. 3, and 0.4 mg · L-1 ) of copper exposed for 96 h. The results showed that acute copper expo- sure had significant effects on the rUcrit, rUb and Mo2(P〈O. 05). The rUn,i, at 0.3 mg · L-1 of copper exposure was 85% of that of the control, and the rUb and Mo2 at 0.1 mg · L-1 of acute copper exposure was 79% and 57% of that of the control, respectively. However, copper exposure had little effects on the copper contents in the tissues (P〉0. 05). The results indicated that acute copper exposure would have significant effects on the capabilities of aerobic and anae- robic exercises and the maximum metabolic rate of juvenile S. sinensis, and the lowest observed effect concentration (LOEC) of acute copper exposure for juvenile S. sinensis was 0. i nag ~ L-J.
