急性腹痛应用阿片类药物镇痛研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 急性腹痛是一种常见急症，自1921年开始，明确诊断后才能给予镇痛药已成为一种常规。1979年开始对此提出质疑”，在首篇报道镇痛药减轻腹痛而不影响正确诊断的临床研究以后”，传统的观念便慢慢发生着变化。
