终末期肝病营养支持治疗

Nutritional support in end-stage liver disease patients

终末期肝病患者几乎均存在不同程度的营养不良和代谢障碍,营养不良被认为是决定终末期肝病患者预后的一项非常重要且独立的影响因素,其严重程度直接关系到患者的短期生存率。适当的营养支持治疗可以改善终末期肝病患者的预后,提高患者生活质量,延长生存期。在进行营养支持时,应结合患者的具体情况与耐受能力,选择合适的营养物质与营养途径。

Almost all of the patients with end-stage liver disease exist different degree of malnutrition and metabolic disor-ders. Malnutrition is considered to be one of the most important and independent prognostic factors in patients with end-stage liver disease and its severity influences the short-term survival of patients directly. Proper nutrition support therapy can im- prove the prognosis of patients with end-stage liver disease, improve the patients＇ quality of life and prolong the survival peri-od. Based on the specific disease condition and the patient＇s tolerance, nutritional supports with proper nutritional substances and administrative route should be provided individually.
