摘要 [目的]解决微囊悬浮剂在实际生产中容易出现板结、沉淀等质量问题。[方法]实验采用低分子量脲醛树脂作为反应单体来制备微囊悬浮剂,并对所制备的产品的理化性质进行测定。[结果]低分子量脲醛树脂与常用表面活性剂的表面张力曲线相似;当低分子量脲醛树脂的黏度在55.7时制备的微囊悬浮剂质量最好。[结论]使用低分子量脲醛树脂作为壁材制备微囊悬浮剂,制备过程更加可控,制备出的微囊悬浮剂质量良好。 [Aims] The aim is to solve the problem that microcapsule suspensions is easy to compaction and precipitation in the actual production. [Methods] Microcapsules suspensions prepared with low molecular weight urea-formaldehyde resin polycondensate as reaction monomer is contribute to solve this problem. The physical and chemical properties of the product are analysed. [Results] The results show that the surface tension curve of low molecular weight urea- formaldehyde resin is similar to the common surfactant. When the viscosity of low molecular weight urea-formaldehyde resin is 55.7, the quality of the microcapsule suspensions is the best. [Conclusions] The experiments show that the preparation process is more controllable with low molecular weight urea-formaldehyde resin as a wall material for preparing microcapsule suspensions, and the quality of the microcapsule suspensions prepared is good.
