摘要
[目的]山蒟在活性研究中发现有很好的杀虫活性,研究旨在开发山蒟这种植物源农药的绿色环保微乳剂剂型。[方法]通过对溶剂、乳化剂、水质的筛选以及量的确定,确定微乳剂配方;通过pH值、硬水、低温、高温、原药稳定性的测定,确定其合格性。[结果]结果显示乙酸乙酯对山蒟溶解效果最好,溶剂比例为15%;JFC为最佳乳化剂,最低含量为12.5%可保证优良乳化性能;确定去离子水为最佳选择。通过性能指标测试,剂型理化性状稳定。[结论]通过各种指标测试,证明5%山蒟微乳剂是一个合格的剂型。
[Aims] In the activity study, Piper hancei showed excellent pesticidal activity, the present research was to develop the plant source green microemulsion formulations. [Methods] After screening of solvents, emulsifiers, the type of waters, and the amount of every factors, the microemulsion formulation was determined. Through a series of performance testing, the formulation was proved to be eligible. [Results] Results showed that ethyl acetate was the best dissolution effect to P fiance/, and the solvent ratio was 15%; JFC was the best emulsifier, the minimum content of 12.5% could guarantee good emulsifying performance; and the deionized water was the best choice. Through the performance test, the physical and chemical properties of this formulation were very stable. [Conclusions] By various tests, Piper hancei 5% microemulsion is a qualified formulation.
