摘要 [目的]探讨垂序商陆提取物的抗TMV活性,为从植物中开发抗病毒类生物农药提供依据。[方法]采用活性追踪法从贵州垂序商陆中分离抗烟草花叶病毒活性物质。[结果]垂序商陆果实和枝叶的部分提取物对TMV具有明显的抑制增殖作用,4个含有三萜皂苷类化合物的组分具有较强的体外抑制TMV增殖作用。[结论]该研究首次从垂序商陆中发现小分子化合物具有抗TMV的活性,为下一步系统研究该种植物提供了科学依据。 [Aims] The study aims to investigate the anti-TMV (tobacco mosaic virus) activity of Phytolacca extract and provide the basis for anti-viral biological pesticides from plants. [Methods] The constituent of anti-TMV activity was isolated from Phytolacca americana Lima in Guizhou by bioassay. [Results] Extracts from Phytolacca's fruit and leaves both significantly inhibited proliferation of TMV. Four triterpenoid saponins-containing components showed strong in vitro inhibition of TMV proliferation. [Conclusions] The study is the first to find small molecule compounds from Phytolacca with the anti-TMV activity. The work of this paper provides scientific basis for the next systemic research.
