大学生网络使用行为研究:影响因素及理论模型 被引量:19

Research on College Student Web Use Behavior: Influencing Factors and Theoretical Model

摘要 通过问卷调查,探讨大学生使用网络的目的、动机、行为特点及影响因素。由于网络使用行为是一个宽泛的概念,文章将网络使用行为定义为围绕信息搜寻所产生的网络使用行为,包括信息源选择、信息需求类型、网络使用强度、信息搜寻方式及保存方式。研究结果表明,在学习和生活情境下,大学生体现不同的使用行为特点,如信息搜寻方式、信息源选择和保存方式不同。性别、年级、专业、生源地及网龄等不同程度地影响大学生网络使用行为。基于描述性统计及定性分析,研究构建了大学生网络使用行为的理论模型,为今后的实证研究提供理论框架。 By the use of the questionnaire method, this paper discusses the purpose, motivations, behavioral characteristics and influencing factors of college students in using the Web. Due to the fact that Web use behavior is a general concept, the paper defines Web use behavior as the one occurring from information seeking, including selection of information source, types of infor mation demand, Web use frequency, informationseeking approaches, and preservation methods. The research results show that in the learning and living circumstances, college students embodies different use behavior characteristics such as different information seeking approaches, different selection of information source, and different preservation methods. Gender, grade, major, student's source, and the Internet age influence the college student's Web use behavior to different extent. Based on the descrip tive statistics and qualitative analysis, the paper studies and develops a theoretical model of college student' s Web use behavior, and provides a theoretical framework for future empirical study.
