Summary of Patent Early Warning Methods for Different Alert Situations

从现有的专利预警研究工作入手,梳理总结了4种针对不同警情的专利预警方法,包括专利威胁态势预警、技术发展趋势预警、竞争对手动态预警、专利侵权纠纷预警,对4种专利预警方法的流程、特点、优势和不足进行阐述分析。一方面为专利预警研究工作的进一步深化提供借鉴;另一方面为研究人员针对不同危机警情进行专利预警实践提供帮助。

Starting with the present patent early warning research work, this paper reviews and summarizes 4 patent early warning methods for different alert situations, including patent threat situation early warning, technology development trend early warning, competitor dynamic early warning, and patent infringement dispute early warning. The paper expatiates on and analyzes the process, characteristics, advantages and deficiencies of 4 patent early warning methods. On the one hand, it provides refer ences for further deepening the patent early warning research work, on the other hand, it gives help to researchers to put patent early warning into practice when they meet different crises and alert situations.
