摘要
将低粘度酚醛树脂和聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混制得改性酚醛树脂,并将改性酚醛树脂应用于砂布制作。利用重量法、旋转法、滴定法、气相色谱等对改性酚醛树脂的理化性能进行了检测。结果表明:改性酚醛树脂的粘度达到1 300 mPa·s,固体、游离苯酚和游离甲醛的质量分数分别为59.15%、6.01%和0.25%,均优于未改性树脂。粘胶量为110~130 g/m2时砂布的外观、耐磨性和柔韧性最佳。
The modified phenolic resin was prepared by blending low viscosity phenolic resin and polyvinyl alcohol. The modified phenolic resin was applied to the production of abrasive cloth. The physical and chemical properties of modified phenolic resin were tested by gravimetry, rotation method, titration method and gas chromatography. The results showed that the viscosity of modified phenolic resin reached 1 300 mPa ·s. The solid content , mass fraction of free phenol and free formaldehyde were 59. 15% , 6.01% and O. 25% , respectively which were better than those of pure phenolic resin. The appearance, flexibility and abrasion resistance of the abrasive cloth with modified phenolic resin content 110 -130 g/m2 were the best.
