抗精子抗体(ASA)介导的免疫不孕是不孕症的重要病因之一。文章介绍了ASA的发生机制,ASA对生殖功能的影响,以及ASA介导不孕症的诊断和治疗。虽然过去10年对ASA在不孕症中作用的研究取得的进展较小,但近年来DNA重组技术、蛋白组学和基因组学的进展促进了生殖相关精子抗原特性研究的发展,并有助于ASA介导的不孕症的诊治。

ASA mediated immunoinfertility is an im- portant cause of infertility in human. The article in- troduced the mechanism of ASA-producing, the effect of ASA on fertility, diagnosis and treatment of ASA mediated infertility. Although during the past decade, our knowledge of the role of ASA in infertil- ity has progressed relatively little, latest advances in DNA recombinant technologies, proteomics and ge- nomics leading to characterization of sperm antigens relevant to fertility will help the developing in diag- nosis and treatment of ASA mediated infertility.
