大体量预应力结构后浇带施工优化探讨

摘要 沈阳某会展中心工程,裙楼屋面为预应力混凝土结构,总面积约23 300m2。设计有大量后浇带,并要求结构完成两个月后方可封闭,对工期影响非常巨大。为了达到计划工期目标,对预应力结构后浇带进行了设计优化。经论证方法可行,很大程度上提高了施工效率并降低了成本。 A convention and exhibition center in Shenyang applies prestressed concrete structure for its podium building roof, covering a total area of about 23 300 square meters. The design used a large number of post-cast strips and required that the belts wouldn't be sealed until two months after completion of the structure. This would have a very great impact on the construction period. In order to meet the planned construction period, design optimization was done on the post-cast strip of the prestressed structure. This method is proved to be feasible, it greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the cost.
