EPC general contracting model is more and more applied in the large-scale construction and installation project. After the general contracting company wins the bidding, its on-site and cost management are directly related to the economic benefits of the project. This article discusses the key points of cost management during EPC general contracting process from the concept and characteristics of EPC general contracting and puts forward the control meas- ures with pertinence.
