摘要
该文从国外水泥生产线总包项目实践出发,以设备采购为例建立模型并开展量化分析。同时,结合计算机仿真技术试图寻找一种方法来对项目排程进行优化,进而解决项目管理过程中遇到的成本与工期平衡等问题。
This article builds a model based on simplified practice of foreign cement plant EPC project, and analyzes in supposed data. Combined with computer emulation, this article tries to find a way to optimize the project schedule in a complex consideration of cost saving & time balancing, etc.
