摘要
该文通过分析阿塞拜疆5 000t/d熟料水泥生产线EPC物流管理的实际操作,详细阐述了货物发运(海运、空运)的流程,并且对海外EPC项目物流管理的特点进行了介绍。在分析的基础上,提出了海外EPC物流管理中应该注意并尽量避免出现的问题。
Through analyzing the experienced operation of logistic management for EPC project of 5 000 t/d clinker cement line in Azerhaijan, this article states the process of cargoes delivery in detail,and introduces the characteristic of logistic management for overseas EPC project. Based on this analysis, some questions in the logistics management for oversea EPC that should be paid more attention, and avoided are mentioned.
