摘要 针对传统空气间隔装药灵活性差、成本高等问题,兖州中材建设有限公司经过几年的探索、研究、改进和完善,研制出用普通PVC管制作的用于露天矿山中深孔台阶爆破的空气间隔器。并在公司多个水泥石灰石矿山中深孔台阶爆破中得到了广泛的应用,从而降低了大块率,减少了炸药的使用量,减小了爆破地震效应,降低了爆破成本。 For the inflexible and high cost of traditional air space charge, Yanzhou Sinoma Construction Co Ltd have been exploring, researching, improving and perfecting it for many years. At last they have developed the air spacer which is made of ordinary PVC pipe. It can be used in mid-deep bench blasting in open mine. As this technology grad- ually become mature, it has been widely applied in many mid-deep bench blasting in the company' s open mines. Thereby it has reduced the boulder yield, the use of explosives, the blasting seismic effect and the blasting costs.
