该文分别介绍了快速公交系统(Bus Rapid Transit,简称BRT)和慢行交通系统。快速公交系统是一种介于快速轨道交通与常规公交之间的新型公共客运系统,是一种大运量交通方式,通常也被人称作"地面上的地铁系统"。慢行交通系统发展模式是城市交通发展模式研究的重要内容,也是低碳交通、可持续发展交通的重点研究领域。

This article introduces bus rapid transit（Bus Rapid Transit,BRT for short） and slow traffic system. BRT is a kind of new public passenger transport system between rapid rail transit and conventional bus. It is a large capacity transportation and is often referred to as ＂the subway system on the ground＂. Slow traffic system development pattern is an important part of the study of urban transportation development patterns, and the key point of low carbon trans port, sustainable development research.
