摘要
中国产业工人为改革开放以来中国经济社会等各方面的快速发展作出了重要贡献,中国多年持续快速发展则为中国产业工人"中国梦"的实现奠定了雄厚基础。近年来,中国经济、产业发展转型升级呈现加速趋势。受这一趋势影响,中国产业工人结构也产生一些变化,其梦想和追求表现出多元化态势。产业工人梦想的实现还受主客观因素的影响,需要政府、企业等多方面携手合作,克服一些障碍和掣肘,实施提高产业工人凝聚力的"五度"工程,目前重点是做好五方面工作。
OEM workers in China have been making tremendous contribution to the fast economic and social development of the country since the policy reform and opening-up was implemented. China＇s rapid growth in the past three decades has also laid solid foundation for OEM workers to fulfill their ＂Chinese Dream＂. However, given the trend to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China＇s industries in recent years, the structures of the OEM workers have been changing greatly, such as composition of age, gender and nativity. As a result, they have showed more diversified thoughts in their pursuit of dream. To facilitate these workers to achieve their goals, it requires the government, enterprises, and relevant social functionaries to provide supportive policies and facilities.
