摘要
介绍了一种圆弧形弹齿滚筒式残膜捡拾机构 ,对该机构的捡膜性能进行了分析验证 ,通过分析建立了机构的运动模型及残膜相对弹齿运动的微分方程。试验证明机构设计合理 ,捡膜能力强。在配有起膜铲及膜田表土较干燥条件下 ,残膜回收率可达 10 0 %。
This paper introduces an arc spring tooth type mulching plastic film collector. The working perforamce of the collector was analysed and tested, and the equation of movement and the differential equation of movement of plastic film versus spring tooth were derived. The experiment proved that the design is reasonable and the working performance of the collector is excellent. When the picking film shovel is provided and the top soil is drier, the rate of recovery can reach 100%.
