Study of Problems and Countermeasures in Super-large Hydraulic Project Cluster Fund Management

超大水利工程集群是以政府投资为主的大型基本建设项目,项目资金的管理是保证项目得以顺利、高效开展的保障之一,但由于其自身特点使得工程资金在管理过程中存在众多问题。本文针对超大水利工程集群资金管理中存在的各类问题,提出了相应对策与建议。

Super-large water conservancy project duster is a large infrastructure project based on government investment. Management of project fund is one of guarantees which is to ensure that the project can be developed smoothly and efficiently. However, there are many problems in project fund management process due to its own characteristics. The paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aiming at various problems in fund management of superlarge water conservancy project cluster.
