中小河流水能资源开发探讨

Discussion of Medium and Small River Hydropower Resource Development

我国水资源丰富,尤其是中小河流。但是目前我国中小河流水能资源的开发利用却不尽如人意。针对这种状况,国家启动了对中小河流水能资源开发利用的规划,以期为其开发、利用提供指导,使中小河流的资源得到更好的、合理的利用,以造福人民。本文从水能开发(水电站)的优势、结构型式以及发电与防洪、灌溉、生态景观、航运等的结合两个角度对此进行探讨。

China is rich in water resources, especially in medium and small rivers. However, the development and utilization of medium and small river water resources are not satisfactory at present in China. In response to this situation, our state initiated planning of developing and utilizing hydropower resource in medium and small rivers, thereby providing guidance for development and utilization thereof. The resources of medium and small rivers can be better and reasonably utilized for benefiting people. The paper discusses by comparing two combined points of view, namely hydropower development （hydropower station） advantages and structure type as well as power generation and flood control, irrigation, ecological landscape, shipment and the like.
